At our hotel, there are welcoming rooms each with shower/toilet, telephone and TV, and many have their own private balcony. You can also make use of the communal areas and living room.
Right next to our hotel is a block of 5 of the most comfortable and spacious apartments in Valdaora. Each apartment has a bedroom and living room, a full-size or corner kitchen, a shower/toilet/bidet and TV/telephone.

Arrival & Departure
- Upon arrival, your room is available from 3 pm.
- On the departure day, we ask you to leave the room until 10 am.

Pets
10 Euros per day for dogs, not inclusive of food. Pets are not allowed in the dining room.

Children’s‘ reduction in parent’s room:
0 – 6 years: 50 %
6 – 12 years: 30 %

Tourist Tax
Starting from 01/01/2022 all prices shown are subject to a “Tourist-Tax” amounting to Euro 2,10 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure. From 01/01/2024, this tax will increase to 3,00 Euros.

Conditions for reservations and cancellations
- Reservations are considered as confirmed if they are accompanied by the deposit bank transfer. In case of cancellation we keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Policy: cancellations from 15 to 3 days before arrival we charge 50% of the booking, after this period and in case of postponed arrival, or anticipated departure we charge 100% of your stay.
- Payment: We accept cash, Visa and Euro/ Master-Card
